These terms govern your use of the 3D Shop website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

3D Shop is a small business based in Georgetown, Texas, that designs and 3D-prints items to order. You can reach us at hello@d-d-d.shop.

2. Products and made-to-order nature

Every item is printed after you order it. We don't hold stock. Product photos are representative; because 3D printing is a physical process, colour shade, surface texture and small dimensional details may vary slightly from what is shown. Layer lines and minor print artefacts are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items, not defects.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
• An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can't produce it, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information you provide.

4. Lead times

Each product shows a lead time in days. This is the time we need to print and prepare your order before it ships or is ready for pickup. For orders with several items, the longest lead time applies. Lead times are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping is charged at the carrier's rate with no markup, as shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We'll email a tracking number when your order ships. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

6. Local pickup

Customers in ZIP 78626 may choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup is by appointment only at the address provided in your confirmation email. Orders not collected within 30 days of the “ready for pickup” notice may be cancelled; we'll refund the item cost less a reasonable materials fee.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because each item is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for colour or size selections you made. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost, or refunded, at your choice, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing starts. See our shipping & returns policy for details.

8. Intended use and safety

Our products are decorative and general-purpose items unless a listing says otherwise. They are not certified for food contact, medical, structural, safety-critical or high-temperature use. Small parts may present a choking hazard for young children. You're responsible for using products appropriately.

9. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and other content on this site belong to 3D Shop or our licensors. Buying a printed item doesn't transfer any rights in the underlying design. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs or site content without written permission.

10. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
