Shipping & returns

Lead times

Everything is printed to order — nothing is kept in stock. Each product shows its lead time in days. If you order several items, your order ships (or is ready for pickup) once the item with the longest lead time is done.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail — you choose at checkout).
• Shipping is charged at cost: the live rate the carrier quotes us, with no markup.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment the label is created, plus a link to your order status page.
• Prefer to collect? Free local pickup is available for ZIP 78626.

Sales tax

Texas sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.

Returns

Because every item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong colour choice, or wrong size choice. Please double-check your selections before paying.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until printing starts. Once printing has begun the order is considered made and can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change something.
